Kimberly is the greatest realtor ever, we met Kimberly by accident at an open house. Found out her husband went to school with me in CO so I gave her my business. We had trouble getting a loan but she was extremely patient until we were preapproved. Actually put an offer on the first official house we looked at. Took a long time but Kimberly was right there with us the whole way, fighting and smoothing over the bs we had to go thru to get our home closed. She truly is the greatest realtor.

Kim is definitely a five star realtor. She was so very nice and helpful to us when she sold our house, but she also found a house that was perfect for us to buy. She was not only professional with the paperwork but was so helpful to us when we moved. She personally helped us out during the move. I consider Kim a friend of mine now.

Kim was exceptionally professional. We came from out of state, and Kim was able to preview some homes before we arrived. Kim kept us informed throughout the whole process. We had a few bumps along the way with a few inconsiderate realtors and a incompetent lender; Kim was very professional in handling these situations.

our house was still in contingency and towards its end of contingency when we contacted kimberly and she has the tough job of helping us find a home before we were even out here. Although we are still looking we are very confident in resolving our search soon. Kimberly has been awesome and has brought much comfort to us in a stressful situation.
